Vinification: The sparkling wine is made in an autoclave using the Charmat method. After about two months, the sparkling wine is filtered and cold bottled.

From Montagner, a prestigious winery in Motta di Livenza, comes a sparkling wine with lively and inviting bubbles, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, fermented using the Charmat method, filtered, and cold-bottled. Pale straw yellow in color, with a fresh, light aroma of apple and fresh bread crust, it’s ideal for rich aperitifs and refined fish-based dinners.

Vinification: Manual harvest, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature; produced following the Italian method in an autoclave (Charmat method), lasting approximately sixty days. Filtered and cold bottled.
